When you make a payment, we also collect the data from the receipt you send to confirm your enrollment. If web analytics tools are activated in the future, we may collect browsing data through cookies.

What we use it for

To respond to your inquiries, provide you with information about our courses, mentorships, and training, confirm and manage your enrollment and payment, coordinate meetings, add you to course channels (e.g., WhatsApp groups), and send you communications directly related to the services you have requested.

Legal basis and consent

By sending us your data through the site's forms or our contact channels (WhatsApp, email), you consent to this processing. We do not collect data from minors under 18.

Confidentiality

We do not share or sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. It is only used within Agilia for the purposes described above.

Data processors

To manage the information you send us through the site's forms and the WhatsApp assistant, we use Google Forms and Google Sheets as a storage tool. Google acts solely as a technical data processor (information storage), not as the owner or beneficiary of your data.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as necessary to maintain our relationship with you and handle your requests. Once no longer needed, it is securely deleted.

Your rights
