Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 2026
Purpose
These terms govern the use of the Agilia website and the contracting of its training services: courses, workshops, mentorships, and corporate training. Enrolling in any of our courses or programs implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Services
Agilia offers training in applied artificial intelligence, business, and digital marketing, both in person (Arequipa) and online (all of Peru). The details of each service — content, duration, price, and format — are specifically communicated in each case prior to contracting.
Enrollment and contact
Contracting any service is coordinated directly through WhatsApp, email, or other channels indicated on the site. There is no automated online purchase process. It is the responsibility of the individual to request any information they need and ask all relevant questions before deciding to enroll.
Rescheduling and session changes
Agilia's differentiating value lies in having instructors who practice what they teach, in live sessions. For this reason, in the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, Agilia may reschedule a session or change the instructor in charge. In such cases, Agilia will coordinate with enrolled participants and offer an alternative of equivalent quality and experience, communicating it as far in advance as possible through the agreed contact channel.
Certification
To obtain a certificate of participation, the person must attend at least 80% of the course sessions. Attendance at a session is counted when the person has been connected for more than 80% of its duration.
To obtain a certificate of completion, the person must achieve a minimum grade of twelve (12). Evaluation criteria are provided in the course's first class.
In case of justified absences or force majeure, contact Agilia's academic team indicating the circumstance and the course in question.
The name provided at the time of enrollment will be the one that appears on the certificate, along with the number of academic hours of the course.
Intellectual property
All content, materials, presentations, trademarks, and resources of the courses and training programs are the property of Agilia / Alejandro Adriazola Lozada. Reproducing, redistributing, reselling, or recording the sessions without prior written authorization is expressly prohibited.
User conduct
By using Agilia's website and services, you agree to do so lawfully and respectfully, without infringing on third-party rights or applicable laws, and to comply with the virtual classroom's rules of conduct. Failure to comply with these rules may result in suspension of access to the classroom.
Liability
Agilia provides training for educational and professional guidance purposes. Results obtained depend on each person's application, dedication, and context; we do not guarantee specific results.
Modifications
Agilia may update these terms at any time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the last update date indicated at the top.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Arequipa, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
